My dad's old trick... You get a rod or punch that fits reasonably tightly in the bushing, fill the hole in the bushing with heavy grease, start the end of the punch in the hole, then hit the end of the punch with a big hammer. Refill the hole with grease as necessary. The hydraulic pressure of the grease acting behind the bushing will force it out. > Now.... How the heck do you get the old pilot bushing out?? > Is there a special kinda puller for this? |
