Nope. Weight is a measurement of gravitational attraction. You are thinking
of "mass", which does indeed remain constant regardless of location. Oh
right, unless you eat too much or start losing weight. We just do not have a
practical means of measuring mass other than to measure gravitational
attraction and compensate for altitude, etc.
