 I'm damned near as old as Cap'n Bob

I'm afraid I'm getting closer to the big "60" than I care to admit, but  I
will always be a kid at heart, just like my grandmother and mother.  Both
would embrace an adventure their entire lives, and neither gave any thought to
driving anywhere, anytime.  I will confess that being on the road anywhere
within sight of my grandmother could be a bit nerve wracking, but still I
respect her courage in the days when women were still, for the most part,
confined to the home.

I believe I have also had as many life threatening experiences, with over 20
years of professional driving behind me, interspersed with a few years of
wearing a star.
