A simulator for procedures training is fine....otherwise, a simulator is no
substitute
for the real thing.

It's like the difference between "I love you" and "I'm in love with
you"....looks the same, sounds the same, even shares some similarities, but
"actually", in "reality",  the former is no substitute for the latter by a
long shot. :)
