I definitely have to dispute that assumption. In my Opinion, Driving  
season in PA is 1/1 - 12/31. the Midget was my only car for 6 years  
and I didn't even have a soft top. Too cold or taking the daughter to  
school required the hard top. But that was rare.
Besides, it would take a H of a lot more than your claimed "driving  
season" to get me to move to Kalifiornia. It would necessitate a ton  
more money and at least one earthquake.
