Tried to fire up the bugeye after four years (is that a record for a slow engine rebuild?), didn't work. No spark, and the coil was getting hot to the touch. Does polarity on the coil matter? Since the car has been switched to negative ground, do I need to wire it differently than the wiring diagram? (Note, I also replaced the wiring harness, thus the reason the coil got un-wired.) Thanks for any help. Chas Douglass |
