Is there a racing class for Spridgets running 100% Alcohol?

Pres. Bush encouraged us to purchase cars that burn 80% Ethanol. Even if I 
wanted to, I don't know where I would purchase it other than from an 
Ethanol factory in the thumb (I think) of Michigan and that wouldn't be 
convenient.
