Yep, but through a million or so people on any interstate in the country all
at once, and that's what you get. Yesterday, the Governor, Rick Perry,
actually capable of doing something on his own in Texas, closed Interstate 45,
125 miles north of Houston, and made all 8 lanes northbound to relieve the
congestion.
Houston traffic is the worst I have ever been in, when it is operating at a
"normal" load.
