If one of the windows is fixed you need to carefully unbend the
center divider. Moving the windows to the center of the frame seems
to make the window a little easier to bend.
Just for you information Lexan and plexiglass are not the same
thing. Lexan is a trade name for polycarbonate, Plexiglass and
Lucite are trade names for acrylic. Polycarbonate is what is used in
recent aircarft wnidows. It is also used in banks, casinos and other
facilities for bullet proof "glass."
