I think they started putting VINs on the chassis with the first of the "box" Sprites. If so, look on the passenger side front shock absorber mount for the VIN number of the chassis. It will be under the dirt and grime. It is on the rear side of the mount. That will tell you what the chassis really is... Kent 1960 Bugeye |
