Help please

This is my first attempt at this, so bear with if you will.  I am not  sure 
what I have here....I was told at one time it was a bug eye with a  California 
front end, and was told by someone else it was not.  I do have  the title for 
it.  I would like to sell it, but don't want to be misleading  in what I call 
it.  Can you help?  Is it better to part out?  It  has the knock off hubs,
