Dave.... depends whether it's a one-off sorta deal or the beginning of something new. Fr'instance.... if you didn't get it all the way into reverse and were subsequently a bit rapid on deceleration ("rough" transfer of loads as might occur if foot slipped off the accelerator accidentally after initial acceleration or subsequent to being underway in that gear), this "event" could occur as a "one-off".
