Around here we simply find an old input shaft, a dowel rod or anything else that fits the now-worn bushing fairly well, fill the bushing with grease, put the afore-mentioned dowel rod into the end, smack it with a hammer and watch the hydraulic pressure pop that puppy out into our hands.
