The White Tower
(Buttery on High Ridge Rd. just north
of Bull's Head) has been replaced by a great
diner serving just about everything and
the White Tower on East Main by Rt. 95,
Exit 9. is now a Mickey D's where I goest
in the AM for my major black coffee.
Also of major importance is the new IHOP
on the west side of Summer St. just prior to the SUNOCO station where I pick up
cheese blintzes with sour cream and blueberry sauce at least twice a week.
My seaplane base next to the old USNR
station went a long time ago. I still miss
the gorgeous yellow J-3 Cubs on floats!! :):)
