  IMHO..... I like Larrys suggestion... I have the total seal in mine and 
really like them... they make one really nice ring set.... a bit more hassle to 
install, but overall, not bad.  They give a great seal, and dont seem to wear 
themselves or the walls hardly at all.

gapless 2nd ring set is S0486
conventional set is C0486

for spitfires :)
