"Hot spot" award definitely goes hands down to the catalytic converter. Horrible "placing" of this item but, they really had no other place to put it. Put this together with "uncoated" headers, and your overheating problem in traffic (most especially in warmish weather) is perfectly understandable. Hell, even with stock exhaust manifold, I'd doubt you'd notice any difference in this respect under similiar circumstances. Cap'n Bob Emissionless Frog |
