Wire wheel lug nuts

When wire wheel adaptors are placed on Triumphs and big Healeys, they are held
on with specially made low profile - bevel edged 7/16 lug nuts.  Can any of
you all tell me whether these style of lug nuts were made for 3/8 lug nuts
found on Spridgets?  If so, where can I get them.
