Looking at that car, I see a 1098 where the "58" engine should be. I am not doing the math but that is a 1098 t/stat cover (unique to those engines and some Morris Minors) and no 948 came with an oil seperator/breather can on the side cover. So it's restored perfectly with the wrong engine. It's still a nice car but for twice what it's worth, it should be. -- Frank Clarici Toms River, NJ |
