Hello Jim,
the most common cause of stumble on acceleration with SU carbs
is lack of oil in the dashpot! the (factory) recommended oil is
the stuff you're puttin' in the crankcase, whatever that
happens to be. have you checked your dashpot? it's easy to
overlook... if that is NOT the problem, someone else will
CERTAINLY reply.
