Yes indeed. I have been using Bill's wiper blades for a few years now.
Clip em to size and put a drop of glue on the clipped end.
They work great.
If you do not live near Bill, just buy a 22" wiper refill blade and cut
it in half, this still gives you a couple inches to play with.
