Spridget People,
Having problems getting my new Midget running. I'm putting in a Crane coil
to replace what
looks like the original Lucas coil. This is a 1968 Midget GAN4U 64xxx. The
Crane instructions
and the coil kit mention adding the included ballast resistor when
replacing a Lucas coil but
the don't specifically indicate that this is for a Midget. I thought I
remembered seeing some
talk on one of the lists which said that a resistor wire was used on the MG
so a ballast
resistor isn't needed. What say you all??
BTW, congrats to those attending Mercer. That would be quite a trip for me
at the moment.
Anyone know of such a show somewhere nearer to western Kansas?
