Sometimes when we get used to something after using it over and over, we get
comfortable and a bit careless. Back in the '60's I bought a small motorcycle
and the guy who owned the shop told me that as far as safety goes on a
motorcycle, he didn't worry as much about the beginners because they were super
careful, or the long-time riders because they had the experience. It was the
middle guys--who had been riding for about a year who had "too much confidence"
that he worried about. That made sense to me.

Then there was the guy who had over 700 parachute jumps who had a new camera
and in his zest to play with the camera on the way down he left the plane sans
parachute. Supposed to be true.
