Hello Brad,
when it acts up, you can enter into the modem AT&f1 to reset
the modem itself... to get there, click START, Control Panel,
System, Device manager, ... click modem, properties, advanced,
.. type it into the extra settings box.... see if that
helps,..... as a side note, you can add s11=60 and the modem
will DIAL faster... you can speed this up further with s11=55,
but faster than that and the phone lines can't read the speed.
