I'm the proud owner of a Spridget ('74 Midget/bugeye in waiting) and an MGB
(''72 my "big" car).
The battery in the MGB is on it's last legs - after 8 years what can you
expect! It's a Type 48-26 520 CCA (cold cranking amps) @0F. I think that this
designation for battery size and application is now obsolete. Everything that
I
have "googled" is in Ah (Amp hours?)
What's the best strategy for purchasing replacement batteries for the "we
tight" crowd? Wal mart? NAPA? Murray's? Or is there a web-based supplier out
there?
