The Nash-Rambler, (aka early AMC Rambler aka Nash Metropolitan) had an MG 
B-Block engine (same basic engine as the MGA, but lower compression and 
teeny-tiny little valves).
I beg to differ... The Nash Metro was different! The Nash Rambler was built in 
America with an American engine. Larger than a Metro. Most of them had flathead 
6 cylinder engines. The Metro in England... It was marketed by Nash and the 
earlier cars by Hudson. The early cars had a 1200 cc engine that may have been 
kin to the T series MGs but certainly wasn't an MGA 1500. The later cars had 
the 1500 blocks that were much akin to the MGA engines.
