In the maintenance garage at work that was built about two years ago, they went with a beautiful epoxy flooring that was supposed to be very wonderful. Unfortunately, its achilles heel is diesel oil. There are now several bare patches. I know that LBCs do not usually leak diesel, but many people use it in their parts washers, so it could be a factor. David Lieb ps. If you go with something like that, look into traction additives; otherwise it can be very slippery.  |
