Damn good question, Brian.
And a good one for anyone who really
knows 'cause my book just mentions
"strokes"....like this is very helpful?
What my mech has been doing is just
loosening a clamp on each boot and
feeding in oil until it starts to overflow...
tightens the clamp back down and done,
along with a couple of strokes of the his
"grease gun" which contains Citgo 75w-90
hypoid oil every 3,000 miles or so.
