I recently renewed the front brake pads and they now squeal whenever I touch the brakes. I removed them and glooped the backs with copper-ease but it has made no difference. They don't have shims, and I don't have any in the parts box either. Would chamfering the edge of he pads slightly help? Any other ideas? Guy |
