Well yes, you COULD be, but in my case
you're not :)
As I never placed any of my passengers in
a situation wherein my name would ever
come up in 23k hrs over 30 years, the
last 20 working in the capacity of a
commercial regional airline type, you
would have never known. Mainly 'cause
you got off the airplane in the same shape
as when you came aboard.
Of course, it was all dumb luck.
I actually had no idea what I was
doing or what was going on around me.
Too busy drinking coffee, reading
newspapers, listening to 3 Dog
Night on the ADF and important stuff
like that. Good thing the First Officer
was there or we woulda all died!! :)
