Amen to that Dave......and the Lucas bad reputation is almost solely due to
the car companies trying to use chassis grounds that were already painted. Run
your battery ground (wheather + or -) to your starter motor- use welding
cable, put star washers under all your ground connections, make sure you have a
good ground strap from your engine to the chassis and run extra ground wires to
your headlights....you'll curse Mr. Lucas no more!!
