Well, there are "plastics" that hold up well in fuel. The later floats
in fuel bowls,
fr'instance.

But like anything else, there's "good stuff"
and "bad stuff" and "quality" is what you're
talking about as in "fit and suitable for
application".

There really is no way of getting away from this stuff. "Toys are
Chinks"...this
