In New Jersey, it's $33.50 for Historic plates, with a no-fee renewal
every 3 years. You can get personalized istoric plates for an additional
$50. No mileage restriction, but must be over 25 years old and used
only for"exhibition and education".
There's also a "collector car" registration (for collectir cars that
don't meet the historic criteria), which gives you regular plates, but
with a 3000 mile per year restriction, but no useage or age restriction.
You also get an inspection waiver, but you must bring the car to an
inspection station every 2 years for an odometer check. $25 initial fee,
and $10 fee every renewal.

Hi All, I've often wondered about the Antique Tags prices and laws in
the various states. In Arkansas we pay $7 once (per car) and NEVER have
to renew. No mileage restrictions here either...you must prove
ownership of some other vehicle and attest that your Antique is not your
primary means of transportation. How 'bout y'all???
