Yep...

Location is everything for this kind of
work. The more out of sight you can be,
the more out of mind you are with
respect to others. But even you were
worried about your neighbors the first
time you started the car without an
exhaust system on it...I remember the
post!! :):):)

And of course, the fact is we really don't
want to disturb others when we are doing
our thing, anyway. 

I like Frank's idea of offering to paint
the cop's car....hope he likes Frog Leaf Green! :)
