Hi all,
At the last All Brit Field meet in Palo Alto, Rick Feibusch had invited the
new Mini Owners club to the meet. There were about a dozen of the new ones,
and maybe twice that of the classic Mini's. Both groups were enthusiastic
towards each other and they had scads of good visiting times.
So, if the attendance is lagging at some of the All Brit. car festivals, get
in touch with the new Mini owners and extend an invitation to them. They're
just as enthusiastic about their new cars as we are about our old ones.
Don't miss out in boosting attendance by being snobs. Just because these
new ones are a British car revival, made by a German firm with Brazilian
components, doesn't mean they aren't made in England!!!
Look at our old cars. Parts from around the globe! Ahhhh, except Franks!!!
