Throttle screw size and pitch

Hi Folks,
Turns out the throttle screws on my HS2 carbs (74 midget) are oversized.  To
make it even better they are not even the same size, and one is a coarse
thread, ugh.   

Does anybody know what size the standard throttle screw is?  Or just as
useful how much travel 1 1/4 turns on the screw is.  I guess I can calculate
the travel from the pitch.
