Thanks to all who showed up for this event and especially to Frank C.
for his help putting this together. It was a great run that started out
a bit chilly but the weather held out and made for some nice fall
top-down driving.
 
We met up Sunday morning with a hand full of spridgets, one B, Frank's
son's VW, a few corvettes and one new mustang convertible.  The only
incident to report was the Valentines' slight overheating problem
quickly corrected.  I tried to keep the pace up so as not to disappoint
Frank or the Vette guys, this called for some spirited driving through
some real nice twisty country roads ( yes, country roads in NJ!).  Great
group of drivers who all seemed to be on the same page and we managed to
keep the group together for the total 90 miles ending up at the fair.  I
think the guys with the new corvettes gained a bit of new found respect
for our LBCs.  Again thank you to all who showed up and it was great to
see the Biff and the Valentines make the long distance trip, maybe we
can do something like this again next year.
