Parts List?

Did anything ever come come of the idea some one had a while back to create
a place to list spare parts for sale (cheap) or trade or donate?

I was getting 150-200 spam messages a day
until I recently switched over to DSL and let my ISP start filtering my mail
and was just deleting my inbox for quite a while, wondered if I missed it?
