Does the gun-owning adult understand
what he has done?

Of course this is tragic....but how the
hell did this poor little kid ever get his hands on a gun???

Nobody (especially here in these United
States) likes to admit that life has it's
risks (not that we don't try to limit them...
we should...and do) but it does. Who is the responsible party here? Did
the gun
owning adult "limit risk".                                                      
     
What if it had been a bow/arrow? A knife?
Who's the irresponsible party. How did
this 4 year old "happen" to pick up a deadly weapon, loaded or not?
