Hello willy, not sure, i'm no expert, but did you get the LU-143a for a negative ground car, or an LU-143a-P12 for a postive ground one? .. i'de make sure that i had the correct model, and double check the appropriate wiring diagram (i'm and electrician, and the set up is "counter intuitive")....... for me at least the timing wasn't much of an issue... it was running just fine (i thought) with about 25-30 degrees of advance! when i found out it was that bad, i DID retime it! -- Best regards, Bill mailto:pythias@pacifier.com "66 Sprite |
