NLBC - Net Sends (computer)

All,

Anyone know how to turn off these damn net sends?   I get at least 3 or 4
per hour, and they are a pain in the neck.

THe funny part is, the only messages I get are people selling software to
turn them off.

But....  I know there's a way to do it in Win2K.  I just don't remember how.
