Hi
been there done that.
got each of them their first car.
2000 ply horisons....
When My oldest son had a similar situation
He was informed he had been neglecting
his expensive mountain bike.
He useed it to go 10 miles to work for
a year until he earned enough to buy
a car and pay the insurance.
The Oldest this is.
The youngest maintained his.
They both had worked on my cars
with me. They each have built
one from scratch/junk.
I think the responsibility
made them better people today
Pete
