1968 AH Sprite W/ 1275 Engine -- Sought After Chrome Bumper Model --
Ribcase
It will be at the Dixon , Calif. Show and Swap Meet on May 18th... It has:
Most of the parts as far as I can tell. Tail Lenses cracked or 3 of 4 missing
Current Calif. title thru Aug. 2003 (Normal Plates)
Roll Bar
New Fuel Pump and Filter... good gas tank and filler.
No Rust (Really True)
Minor Bondo .... straight body
Luggage Rack
Mags as shown.... cosmetic restoration needed only
The engine runs but smokes... no rod knock or main seal leaks detected
RibCase condition unknown
Differential condition seems OK
MotoLita wood wheel with AH horn logo... needs full restoration
Top Bows are very clean... no top
Rough Tonneau Cover
Seats are needing complete restoration... they are there and rough
Two Dunlop and the Spare seem OK, two fronts are not.... (they hold air only).
Windshield looks very clear... Door Glass is equally fine
Brakes need full service... Clutch and Brake (separate) MC's look good - no
fluid - front Disk Brakes
Rear Bumper looks VG... Front needs work and Chrome.
Strong Battery - good oil color - clean antifreeze - oil pressure is 50# at
idle
New Platinum Plugs
This is a project car that is about the best I have seen... It is partially
disassembled, but the drive train is intact. Only surface parts have been
removed and the interior, trunk, and outside were cleaned and primed. This
car is definitely a restoration project, not a parts car.... not even a
candidate for modification rather than orig. restoration, but it is the basis
for either.
Best offer over $1400 by May 18th at 1 P.M. or "Buy It Now" at $1800
