You could drive to Comfort,TX and see Fisher Jones. He has one a buddy made up
years ago that uses four large hinges welded in the pan. The hinges flop open
and closed depending on which axis is down and keep the majority of the oil in
the center of the pan.
Looked like a lot of work for nothing to me, unless you are planning of driving
your Spridget in some half-pipe events.
