Two possibilities. The first is that they call it Vocational School, Trade
School, or VOTECH. The second is private schools. Try not to pay the
private ones too much too far in advance. They have been known to go out of
business and leave you without credit or certificates. The public Community
Colleges probably will tell you that you aren't eligible if you have any kind
of degree. You can usually get around this by petitioning the administration
to let you take the course without credit. It's a formality to discourage
career students from the Community Colleges.
At least one couple painted their Spridget in a VOTECH Class. Figured they
could mess it up three times and redo it before it cost them as much as havi
ng somebody else do it.
Got a good result on the first try.
