Jumping Speedo FILETIME=[DB2BFC00:01C2F402]

The speedometer in the 65 has been reading about 10 mph too fast. I have
145/13's on the car, so the tires are not the issue. Also, at around 30
- 40 mph, the needle jumps around a bit. I assumed it was the speedo
itself, so I swapped them out this evening, and this one does the same
thing. Any other suggestions?
