Yes Jim. Use another smaller bolt or a punch and they punch right out the
back of the disk (front) or axle (front or rear, depending). The new ones
are just pulled back in by tightening the nut against another nut installed
against the axle/disk, which pulls the stud gripping surface into the hole.
Be sure the head is seated firmly against the axle/disk. Good to change them
out every now and again anyway, as the wheel studs are exposed to all kinds
of stretching indiscretions over the years.
