is outta here momentarily (to be replaced
by floods which will require something like

Results...in the long run........summer season is off to a good
start "water table" wise. I will be able to
wash my car without going to jail.
And in the short run....reasonably
warm temperatures = top down driving
for your's truly just before, and after, the rain hits. This is a good
thing! :)
