The best resource I've found is Terry Horler's "Original Sprite & Midget",
published by Bay View Books. Unfortunately the book is out of print and can
be hard to find. There is a copy listed on ebay right now with 5 hours to
go in the auction. The bid is currently at $36, which is about what it cost
