My .02 -
If you get Yahoo mail (free, www.yahoo.com), there's
an automatic "Bulk Mail" feature that catches 30 or so
junk emails a day in my mailbox, puts them in a
separate folder, and lets you delete them in one
click, or you can set a timeframe for auto delete.
There is also a spam guard feature, where if something
gets through, you click a "this is spam" button and
the email is reported to "the authorities(?)", and you
can also block the address, although blocking is not
very useful since spammers don't keep an address for
more than a day or 2.
