Biff,
Can't remember your deductions, but it sounds like you got deducted for
condition, not originality. Aftermarket items, Amco or other is NOT
deductable for originality unless it significantly detracts from the car.
ie: can't put a mirror from a 1960 corvette on a bugeye and expect it to not
get deducted. In your case, most after market period items are well known to
the judges and proof is not required.
